What are your contributions to the team?
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Coordinate and communicate with all levels within the organization, as well as regulatory agencies
- Demonstrate general skills required for this posting
- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Identify non-value added activities and suggest improvement methods
- Assist with designing and maintaining quality system policies and procedures
- Review internal/external customer requirements and apply quality systems to meet specific contractual requirements
- Evaluate customer corrective action progress, work with customers, and coordinate related activities
- Support corrective action process and coordinate related activities
- Prepare detailed presentations in support of technical reviews
How to thrive in this role?
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Aviation/Aerospace Quality or Manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of governing regulatory policies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent skills in data collection and analysis to identify systemic issues
- Strong experience in root cause and corrective action
- Proficiency in tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Whys, Six-Sigma, etc
