What are your contributions to the team?

- Act as the first responder to support paint workshop operations.
- Take a leadership role in solving technical problems by coordinating activities with other support services and providing technical support throughout the problem-solving process, including drafting and executing plans, making recommendations, and implementing changes.
- Manage short and/or medium-term projects aimed at optimizing production, reducing costs, and eliminating non-value-added operations.
- Ensure the alignment of engineering changes or assembly strategy implementation by closely collaborating with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production services.
- Develop strategies to maximize the aircraft painting application stages.
- Guide production employees to reduce operational costs.
- Explore ways to improve paint preparation and application strategies, while participating in research and development projects.
- Optimize the processes for drafting our work instructions and first production control.
- Develop effective painting methods, considering technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of painting operations into the overall manufacturing process.
- Ensure that all paint operations comply with aerospace safety standards and report any incidents or accidents.
 

How to thrive in this role?

- Hold a college degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing/paint workshop environment.
- Possess experience in the aerospace industry or an equivalent field.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have basic knowledge of software such as SAP, MS Office, Power Point, and Excel.
- Be a team player with strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with numerous business partners.
- Possess knowledge of aerospace paint procedures and associated materials.
- Understand aerospace industry safety and quality standards.
- Have planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Exhibit superior organizational and leadership skills.
- Be comfortable in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
