What are your contributions to the team?
Content
- Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content across our digital platforms — including the corporate website, social media, Youtube and customer communications and work towards creating a consistent high performing content ecosystem for Bombardier.
- Responsible for overseeing the production of our corporate magazine (2 print issues a year) in print and digital form with an external vendor.
- Lead the annual content plan and develop and execute content plans that align with brand strategy, business objectives, and audience needs.
- Write, edit, and manage content across a range of formats — including web pages, articles, social media and newsletters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather inputs, shape narratives, and ensure alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our tone of voice, content guidelines, and editorial standards.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely publication and alignment with campaigns and company milestones.
- Create content briefs for our internal creative studio and work with copywriters and external suppliers to bring content to life.
- Monitor content performance and optimize based on insights, feedback, and best practices.
Web
- Own the corporate website experience — from Lead generation capture and UX to content strategy and performance.
- Lead major web initiatives including redesigns, optimization, and integrations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, IT and external vendors to deliver high-performing digital experiences.
- Ensure accessibility, performance, SEO, and brand consistency across all web properties.
- Oversee regular content updates and maintenance to corporate website.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience developing, implementing and leading content and web strategies in a large organization
- You have experience leading a team.
- You have the ability to interact effectively with a variety of external and internal contacts and team members.
- You can work autonomously
- You are an expert in written and verbal communication in English. Long form copy writing experience is considered and asset.
- You are highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
- You have strong Project Management skills.
- You have budget management & reporting skills.
- You have solid leadership skills and an ability to work in an extended team across business functions/units.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills.
