Overall Description
As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play an instrumental role in achieving our mission: We take ownership of the development of our people to build the best aircraft in the industry.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Liaise with organizational learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet requested deadlines.
- Request training from our internal and external collaborators.
- Coordinate with our technical learning advisors to provide roadmap support for new operations employees.
- Create training schedules, confirm duration, reserve rooms, optimize capacity and collect costs.
- Handle data entry to grant skills and certifications to trained employees.
- Organize logistics such as learning support materials and booking facilities and equipment.
- Communicate with company stakeholders to ensure employees are aware of training events and schedules.
- Process attendance data and ensure integrity.
- Update learning management system.
- Support special projects such as process improvement, francization program and new learning management system.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You have a College diploma in office automation, business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a training coordination role.
- You have exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
- You have attention to detail and ability to get the job done right the first time.
- You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- You have strong knowledge of learning management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- You have an astute way of engaging your peers and stakeholders so that they see you as an important partner in meeting their needs.
- You are able to foster teamwork by networking, bringing synergy to the team and mobilizing resources to execute.
- You have meet professional obligations through effective work habits such as meeting deadlines, respecting schedules and showing respect for others.
- You have availability to be on site 4 days per week
